The endless discussion with your spouse of how to split time between families for the holidays, one of which you don’t really like to be around.

It starts with embracing your triggers. Stop taking them personally and instead use them as your path to more expansion.
I know…you want to feel calm, present, and joyful…and you can, it’s just waiting on the other side of the trigger.
Life will always be present to us where we still need to expand, grow, and stretch. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies.
